Celebrating Salvation 2

Hello Everyone,
Jesus came to save you from sin and yourself.

For change to happen, it must start in your heart.
Our natural tendency is to want our own way instead of God’s way.

The tendency to make wrong choices instead of right ones is called sin.

The middle letter of sin is I, and whenever I place myself at the center of my life, I sin.

God says: “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”, Romans 3:23

Our actions, both conscious and unconscious, shout out I don’t need God!
If you feel far from God, guess who moved? God didn’t.

Isaiah 59:2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.

Why do we celebrate Christmas we needed a Savior!
Salvation is freedom:
Freedom from guilt over the past.
Freedom from bitterness and resentment.
Freedom from the expectations of others.
Freedom form addictive habits.
Freedom from the fear of death.

Hebrews 2:14-15 14Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— 15and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.

Greater Things Are Still To Come!
