Celebrating Salvation 1

Hello Everyone,
An elderly widow decided it was too much trouble to get all of her kids and grandkids Christmas presents, so she decided to send them a check with a card. A few days after she mailed all the cards, she discovered she forgot to include the checks in the cards. When her kids received the cards and opened them the note inside said, “Buy your own presents.”

11Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

The number one purpose of Christmas is the Salvation of the HUMAN SOUL.
Salvation is defined as deliverance from sin, self, and hell.

We are not only saved from something bad, we are also saved for something good.

Ephesians 2:10 10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

God has a great purpose and a good plan for your life.
Salvation also means being able to understand and pursue your Divine Destiny for your life.

The announcement of salvation for anyone in the world who would accept it was the angel’s second declaration of good news to the shepherds at the first Christmas.

Today … a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

Notice that this savior is “to you”! He came for you.
Jesus is a personal savior.
Jesus saves you from something.
Jesus saves you for something.
Jesus saves you by something.

Greater Things Are Still To Come!
