Hello Everyone,
Hannah overcame her discouragement. First of all She had Peace.1 Samuel 1:17 Eli answered, "Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant you what you have asked of him." 18 She said, "May your servant find favor in your eyes." Then she went her way and ate something, and her face was no longer downcast.Peace I give you but not as the world gives you. This Peace is based on the promises of GodSecondly She gave Praise 1Samuel 1:19 Early the next morning they arose and worshiped before the LORD and then went back to their home at Ramah.Weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning.Hannah got her promise1Samuel 1:19b Elkanah lay with Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her. 20 So in the course of time Hannah conceived and gave birth to a son. She named him Samuel, saying, "Because I asked the LORD for him."In the course of time Hannah got her promise! She named him Samuel – so that if discouragement returns she had proof of God’s power. For those of you who are faced with discouragement I believe Hannah would tell us: Stand up to your discouragement Pray about your discouragement Believe God is greater than your discouragement
Be BOLD be STRONG for the Lord thy God is with thee!!!!!
And Oh How HE Loves Us!
